What is Fastyasa?

Fastyasa is fast paced Vinyasa flow yoga

Leslie Lehman developed Fastyasa during 15 years of teaching students who love movement and action. Class sequences are designed to increase core and whole body strength and awareness.

Each class is broken down into segments and then put together in a shorter faster flow linked by breath. The result is a choreographed sequence of yoga postures that emulate a meditative dance-like flow.
