Fastyasa is a fast paced vinyasa flow yoga.
Class sequences are designed to increase core and whole body strength and awareness.
Each class is broken down into segments and then put together in a shorter faster flow linked by breath. The result is a choreographed sequence of yoga postures that emulate a meditative dance-like flow.
Power classes transition through traditional sun salutation style of up dog and down dog. Beginners classes focus more on upright postures and have less down dog transitions. The pace is also slower in the beginner classes.
